At the occasion of the Second anniversary of the second phase of the World Summit on the Information Society held in Tunis in November 2005, the Tunisian Government, in partnership with the United Nations Conference for Trade and Development, Global Alliance for ICT and Developement, The African Development Bank, and Tunisian Union for Industry, Commerce and Handicraft,organizes the second edition ICT4 All Forum-Tunis+2 at the Medina Conference Centre, Hammamet, Tunisia, from 20 to 21 November 2007, in order to address the development of activities related to Information and Communication Technologies through :

Public Private Partnership in ICT

This event includes a forum and a technological exhibition and gathers high level personalities among decision makers, government officials, representatives from the business community, potential investors as well as international experts and participants from leading companies operating in this field. The program will include, in addition to the ministerial panel, four other thematic panels with the participation of eminent speakers (ministers, CEOs, international experts). This event will build up on the remarkable success of last year's Forum, which was attended by 13 African Ministers, President of the African Development Bank, leaders from the private sector and more than 600 high level participants.

For its 2007 edition, ICT4ALL Forum-Tunis+2 will focus on the public-private partnerships as a tool for the development of ICT sector, particularly in Africa. It will provide a space for :

- Exchanging best practices and experiences in PPPs

- Offering opportunities for ICT companies to present their products and services in an exhibition fair that will take place in conjunction with the conference

- Presenting models, approaches and national strategies for establishing and succeeding PPPs

- Facilitating One to One meetings and developing business opportunities
